APPLICATION PROCESS

Thank you for considering IMS of North Raleigh (IMSNR). At IMSNR we have tried to make your job of applying for a place for your child in our school as simple as possible. So we have listed the steps required.

Step 1 : Application for Admission Form:

Please download an application form and send it to 8604 Falls of Neuse ,27615.

Please complete and return as soon as possible together with a non-refundable application fee. This form in no way secures a place for your child.

Step 2 : Parent / Student Handbook:

Please read and then complete the appropriate form. (This is included in the enrollment package.)

Step 3 : Enrollment Package:

Once we have your completed Application for Admission form and the fee, one of the Directress’ will contact you. An appointment will be made for you and your child to visit the school. At the appointment, you will be asked some questions and one of the Directress’ will take your child into the classroom to ask questions and assess your child. In some instances, where we have already assessed your child at the time of application, this step would be skipped.

You will have been given a package that includes the Enrollment Contract, emergency information, immunization history as well as other necessary forms. Please complete and return as soon as possible together with the non-refundable New Family fee and one month’s tuition in advance.

Step 4 : Payment:

Cash or cheque is accepted. Please Note : ONLY when all these steps are complete and ALL forms and payments are received will a place be guaranteed for your child at IMSNR.
